COVID-19 GUEST SAFETY

The Maggiore Group is looking forward to greeting our valued guests. We have missed you and are preparing for your visit. To ensure that our guests and team members will be welcomed in a clean, sanitized, and safe environment, we are instituting stringent safety protocols. These protocols, recommended by the CDC and the Arizona Department of Health Services, will be adhered to in all Maggiore Group restaurants.

Being Safe and Sanitary for our Guests:

  • All parties will adhere to “social distancing”.  Please respect distance while you wait
     to be seated.

  • Hand sanitizers and wipes will be available to all guests.

  • Our dedicated crews will continually sanitize regularly touched areas such as door handles or nobs, dining tables, chairs, and any guest areas such as the restrooms.

  • Menus will be cleaned and sanitized before and after each use.

  • We will be allowing more spacing between guest tables for comfort and safety.

  • Our servers will be wearing face masks and will respect “appropriate distancing” when approaching tables.

  • Our servers will be using service linens/gloves as they serve your meals. Thus, avoiding any hand contact with plates, silverware or glasses presented at your table.

  • Our team member will clean and sanitize each table and chairs after guests leave and place fresh linens for our next guests to enjoy.

  • Rest assured that our team members have been fully trained in safety and sanitization processes including, hand washing rules (every 15 minutes) proper cleaning and disinfecting processes and proper distancing when in contact with the guests.

  • The Maggiore Group has enhanced its previous rigorous cleaning protocol so that all areas will be cleaned and properly sanitized daily.

  • Please note that all pens and check presenters will be sanitized before each use. We will provide hand sanitize if you wish.

  • We assure you that all team member members have been temperature checked and screened prior to beginning their shift.
